Cauliflower Gouda "Hash Browns"



  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat
  3. Using your hands, mold a small-sized patty of the mixture and lay on skillet (could use a spatula to be safe & not burn your fingers!)
  4. Cook the hash brown for 4 minutes on each side, or until desired crispiness
  5. Remove from skillet and serve
