Skillet Pizza Crust



  1. Preheat oven to 400F
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, cook shredded mozzarella for 70 seconds
  3. Remove from microwave, add egg and ghee & mix until it's an even consistency
  4. Add all remaining ingredients: flour, powder, seasonings, spices and mix
  5. Spread out the crust mixture on a seasoned cast iron skillet (do not use anything but a cast iron skillet). This should make a thin layer. I used a silicon spatula to help push along the mixture in the skillet.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes
